Welcome to Chi Ikoku Library
Your Gateway to Knowledge, History, and Discovery
The library is named after Prof Chi Ikoku (1948 - 2003) to celebrate the academic excellence of one of Africa's finest scholars and an erudite petroleum engineering teacher. At his death, all his collections were donated to the University of Port Harcourt, and the IPES Chi Ikoku library started with most of his book collections.
